Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Virtual Pros (“Virtual Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our website, contact us, request a demo, or use our AI-powered features (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you fill out a form, book a call, email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to share — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or inquiry.
Information from the AI voice demo
When you use our live AI demo, your microphone audio is transmitted in real time to our voice-AI provider to operate the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide, secure, and improve the feature. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information during the demo.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage data — through cookies and similar technologies and through performance/analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information, demos, or services you request;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and our website;
- To schedule and conduct strategy calls and follow up about our services;
- To send you communications you have requested or that relate to your inquiry;
- To analyze site usage and performance; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services — for example, website hosting and analytics, our AI voice-call provider, and scheduling tools — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us;
- Legal and safety recipients, where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) may have additional rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
